The standard for this Expedition is that of boutique and four-star hotels with breakfast and amenities included. Accommodation is of double occupancy. If requested, a single supplement of 750€ applies.
The Ylem Expedition Company is not responsible for the unavailability of the designated accommodation options, but will ensure Guests stay in next available option of the same quality standards.

Insurance is contracted on behalf of every individual guest and is only valid for the duration of the expedition.

International flights are not included. Each guest is responsible for securing any travel arrangements to and from Tokyo.
The Ylem Expedition Company is not responsible for any flight delays or cancellations that may impact a Guest’s itinerary, but will provide assistance in finding alternatives and making sure it affects the trip as little as possible. Because your individual insurance policy on this trip only covers the days in Japan, we advise the purchase of insurance with your flights.
